  • The Museum was moved into new premises in No. 26 Kralja Petra Street
  • Belgrade Mayor Milan Nešić gave to the Museum a collection of original photos by I. V. Groman as a present

The Municipal Museum and Library were temporarily moved into new premises in No. 26 Kralja Petra Street on November 1, 1930. The rite of blessing the premises was held on January 11, 1931.

he then Mayor, Milan Nešić, showed through a personal example that he was not merely prating about his readiness to support the development of municipal cultural institutions: he gave original photos (61 items) shot by Russian military photograph Groman during the war between Serbia and the Ottoman Empire in 1877–1878 as a present to the Museum on August 9, 1930.
